Commuter-Focused General “Lunch & Learn”
The PTC provides lunch for employees to learn about clean commuting options, the Commuter Rewards program, ride matching services and much more! This is a great introductory fun event.

Custom Commute Analysis Meetings
The PTC offers personal sessions to help find and customize the best clean commuting solutions for employees.

Transportation Table
The PTC sets up a table display in a common area, such as a break room or lobby and speaks with employees about their commutes, as well as provide information about programs and services available to employees to ease the stress and cost of their commute.

Try It Day
The PTC rewards employees with prizes, goodies and/or gift cards for trying a clean commute such as carpooling, vanpooling, transit, walking, or biking!

Meet Your Match
The PTC hosts a luncheon for employees who are registered in the rideshare database, and provides an introduction with other surrounding employees from their neighborhoods – creating a non-threatening way to meet potential vanpool or carpool partners.

Other Events
PTC would love to attend other miscellaneous events that allows the outreach staff to interact with employees. Examples of this kind of event would be a benefits enrollment fair, ice-cream social, annual barbecue, or a staff meeting.
