The Central Perimeter business market is the premier class-A office district in Georgia.  The Central Perimeter is home to many Fortune 500 companies including Mirant Corporation, Newell Rubbermaid, and UPS.  It is anchored by Perimeter Mall and is easily identifiable by the “King and Queen” towers.  Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Northside Hospital, the Emory Clinic and many medical offices comprise “Pill Hill.”  Educational institutions include American Intercontinental University, Argosy University, Art Institute and Sanford Brown. There are parks, shops, homes, and entertainment.  New sidewalks, bicycle lanes, and other pedestrian features are transforming the area into an accessible and enjoyable work-live-play community.

The Central Perimeter is located north of Atlanta at the intersection of I- 285 and GA Hwy 400.  The Central Perimeter straddles Fulton and Dekalb Counties and both the City of Sandy Springs and the City of Dunwoody.
